INTRODUCTION: Breast cancer diagnosed within 10 years of parturition is named postpartum breast which a highly metastatic tumor with poor prognosis. CASE REPORT: A 31-year-old female presented fever and painful mass in the left breast. She had undergone C-section 6 months ago her second child. biopsy was performed showed estrogen receptor-negative, progesterone human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative invasive differentiated carcinoma. radical mastectomy axillary lymphadenectomy were then anatomopathological report 16cm metaplastic Eight after start chemotherapy treatment, patient brain metastases. DISCUSSION: Postpartum associated worse survival rates presenting increased risk death. Metaplastic carcinoma subtype triple-negative also prognosis treatment resistant, being surgery standard treatment.

Her mammogram showed a largely calcified mass, but the pathology revealed that the calcification was ossification.
